I now realise I can either do things, or I can write about things I would like to be doing.
1. I moved back to Linux a month or so ago. The ever fashionable Ubuntu to be exact.
It’s like moving into a new house. You know it’s a better environment, but haven’t quite finished unpacking and getting adjusted.
2. Two of my “bessie” mates and long time band members have returned from university and I have spent more time than I really should have done drinking good beer and playing loud guitar.
We wrote and recorded a new song called “The Only Perscription” about the time our drummer did acid. The recording we did is pretty sketchy, and we should have really overdubbed, mixed and EQ’d it before we uploaded it to Myspace, but whatever. You can check it out here.
We also have a gig lined up with Liverpool’s Voo. That will be on the 18th of August, at Bar Flava, Southport.
3. The Bohomofos Dot Co Dot Uk is sort of almost finished - but I’m having trouble writing a Wordpress theme to look like my original design because I suck.
I’ll keep you all posted on that one.
